Greg is the founder, CEO and Chairman of the board. He is a C-7 quadriplegic that has a passion to improve the mobility and quality of life for wheelchair users. He brings 25 years of IT expertise. He has worked for a Fortune 100 company for the past 20+ years. Greg is a creative inventor who has two patents. He volunteers his time to help in various organizations including scouts and has participated in hosting large nonprofit fundraisers. Greg's hobbies include auto-racing, travel, and sports. Greg is a devoted husband and father of two amazing kids

Sharon brings 30+ years of process, project, and program management to Total Motion. Sharon is currently the Vice President of Operations for a medical device start-up bringing Total Motion recent start-up experience. With a background in Information Technology working in a Fortune 100 company, Sharon has experience managing large projects and programs with budgets exceeding $80M and staffing levels of more than 400 people. She is a certified Project Manager (PMP) and has provided consulting expertise to executive levels on organizational issues, process redesign and business optimization. She has a Bachelor's and Masters' degree in Computer Science. She gives her time back to the community by being an active leader in a variety of community organizations as well as being adjunct faculty at local colleges. Sharon's hobbies include golf, running, camping, hiking, and boating.

Malcolm brings 35+ years as a registered patent attorney with patent prosecution and licensing experience. Dr. Skolnick was a faculty member at the University of Texas Health Science Center in the Schools of Medicine, Graduate School of Biomedical Science and School of Public Health. He served as the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CytoGenix, Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company and is an active Board member of several for profit companies and non-profit entities.

Ed brings 35 years of experience in a variety of disciplines. Ed is the Managing Director of L.C M Advisors LLC., which focuses in offering business advice to in North America and Africa. He also served as a corporate officer in two manufacturing corporation, a mining corporation and an internet corporation which all had domestic and international operation. Ed's longest tenure was with a Fortune 100 company, where he had financial, tax and patent responsibilities for the domestic and international operations. Some of the titles Ed had were: Vice President - Production, Chief Financial Officer (3 domestic and 3 international), Treasurer, Corporate Secretary, Tax Manager - Africa, Manager Budgeting & Investor Relations and Director of Finance. Ed was part of a Team that opened corporate office is Chile and Canada. Ed has been an Officer and Director of Financial Executives International (FEI) and serves on other Boards of Directors.
